This special class showcases old family recipes of italian favorites that will make your easter feast like grandma used to cook. You will learn to make Italian wedding soup(with the little meatballs in it),hand tied and seasoned Machiagano style porchetta stuffed pork roast and aunite anna’s ricotta and rice pie.Everyone in the class will also take home your own ricotta rice pie.

Bring containers to class to bring food home with you.  $15 consumables fee due to the teacher the first night of class
