Essentials of Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, Living Wills, Power of Attorney) B-647

Many people care about protecting their loved ones and controlling their assets during their lifetime – the same is typically true for after their death.  Having necessary documents in place, for while you’re alive as well as after death, allows you to control what happens to assets, protect assets for family members and name decision makers who will help carry out your wishes.  We will discuss the basic documents that everyone over 18 years of age should have to make their wishes known, plan to protect assets and family members, and avoid unnecessary fights and fees.
