Learn to prepare great healthy meals using vegetables from your garden or local farmers market. Find out how to use great fresh ingredients and make dishes that are not only delicious but good for you and your family to enjoy. Receipes will include an appetizer, chicken dish, side dish using ingredients freshly purchased from local gardens and farmers markets. (Squash, arugula, heirloom tomatoes, etc.)

Bring $15 for the teacher to the 1st class. Paid directly. Also bring containers to take food home.
