With Memorial Day, July 4th and warmer weather on the horizon, you will want to have these frozen delights in your repertoire of desserts.  A perennial favorite, Baked Alaska still fascinates and you will learn the secrets of success plus a creamy "Italian meringue" (which eliminates concern about salmonella). A classic Italian favorite, Biscuit Tortoni is a rich, almond flavored ice cream in a traditional paper cup and it only requires a mixer to make it. This is a demonstration class. You will sample in class and bring a taste home in your cooler. A $5  fee is payable to the instructor at class for materials.
