Drawing Basic Introduction

Designed to help the beginner learn basic drawing skills and develop their own unique style. Projects will emphasize the importance of drawing basic shapes such as cubes, cones and spheres and how they relate to drawing still life, landscape, and the human figure. Covered also is a very simple approach to understanding perspective. Material list available upon registration. Table easel or portable easel recommended. Materials list for Drawing class: Drawing pad 8.5 x 11 or 11 x 14, drawing  pencils: HB or ordinary #2 pencil, 3B and 6B soft leaded pencils, Kneaded Eraser, Ruler. 12 Pack of Colored Pencils optional. (Drawing kits are available at Walmart, and Job Lot). Teacher's home/business phone if there are questions  860-664-0200. Extension class dates are possible.
