Yoga and Meditation for Stress Relief & Enhanced Living

Rediscover the joy of movement and enjoy a deepening peace of mind! Beginners and more experienced students can learn and develop their experience of the time honored practices of Yoga posture, mindful movement, Meditation and invigorating breath work. We will work in a way that is sensitive to your needs and  experience to  help restore fitness in your body, address the effects of stress and open you to a life of greater ease and heightened well-being. In this class you will: 

Learn to develop your physical well-being, dissolve chronic stiffness, stress and pain through strengthening and toning Yoga posture and healing movement.
Explore conscious movement and breath-work to energize and re-vitalize.
Cultivate deep relaxation and mindfulness meditation as vehicles to bring stress release, healing and heightened awareness.Help you to create, enliven and enrich a  personal practice in accordance with your goals in Yoga as well as your circumstances in life.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a non-skid mat.  One and 1/4 hour class.
