Transitions
This college and training readiness program is intended for our GED and High School Credit Diploma students. Coursework helps students achieve their educational and career goals; offers educational, academic and career counseling and prepares them for entrance into post secondary and occupational training.
Through collaborations with Gateway Community College, the CT School of Electronics and Branford Hall Career Institute, we assist students in qualifying for admission and in the financial aid process for these schools. This free program is made available through a competitive federal grant won by ERACE.
